IT’S COMING SOON!!!
Tomorrow composer Jeff Ryan and I will be giving a short talk about the requiem and how it came about at St. Andrew’s Wesley United on Burrard and Nelson (Vancouver) at noon! Come on out. We’ll be playing excerpts and I may show some photos of the road to war that I took and there will be a Q & A.

This is in preparation for the Vancouver premiere of Afghanistan: Requiem for a Generation with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra conducted by Bramwell Tovey with Zorana Sadiq (soprano), Rebecca Hass (mezzo-soprano),
Colin Ainsworth (tenor), Brett Polegato (baritone), and the UBC University Singers & Choral Union with
Graeme Langager chorus director, the Langley Fine Arts School Youth Choir with Jim Sparks chorus director.
